Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Objective To increase insurance sales, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with banking partners.
- Promote insurance products via a variety of channels in order to meet sales targets.
- Provide bank employees with the training and assistance they need to cross-sell clients on health insurance products.
- Oversee the whole sales process, including lead generation, policy issuance, and post-purchase support.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
- To maintain client retention by making sure that continuing expectations are satisfied.
- Overseeing daily sales operations, such as prospecting, service agreements, proposals, and market expansion.
- Keep an eye on and evaluate sales results to guarantee expansion and financial success.
- Answer client questions and concerns about our goods by offering technical advice and experience throughout the sales process.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
