Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- To recognize, locate, and seize business opportunities, both immediate and long-term.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
- To maintain client retention by making sure that clients' continuous expectations are satisfied.
- Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as developing proposals, service agreements, and prospects and markets.
- Monitor the field team's daily activities and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve both personal and corporate goals.
- Providing training on items, marketing techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques to subordinates so they can acquire the necessary abilities.
- Checks in with any clients to ensure their satisfaction with the goods.
- Proactively locating and getting in touch with prospective clients, as well as following up on sales leads.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
