Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Use a variety of lead generation techniques, including as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and industry networking, to identify and prospect potential clients.
- Give product tours and demos to prospective customers in order to properly highlight the capabilities and advantages of visual technology solutions.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with potential customers and clients by learning about their needs and providing specialised services.
- Engage in active participation in team discussions, training sessions, and sales meetings in order to improve your product knowledge and sales tactics.
- Make in-person meetings, travel to meet clients, and skilfully present PixDynamics' goods.
- Closely collaborate with the sales manager and team to create and implement sales strategies that support corporate goals.
- Close agreements and bring in money to consistently meet and beyond predetermined sales targets.
Candidates Requirements :
- Gradation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
