Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers by establishing brand loyalty.
- Introduce, establish, and maintain new goods.
- Locate and investigate fresh markets and seize lucrative business prospects.
- Create a company plan, assess its potential, and find new, lucrative product lines
- Development and management of key accounts
- In charge of managing relationships with dealers, growing the current dealer and distributor network, and overseeing the dealer/sub-dealer network.
- Managing the network of dealers, updates market conditions, makes changes to products, plans, and regulations,
- Creating new customers while preserving credibility with current ones. a considerable emphasis on their ongoing development
- Increasing penetration of the brand product availability was achieved by fortifying the sub-dealer network.
- To keep an eye on and manage credit conditions and credit recovery.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
