Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Create and put into action sales strategy to accomplish goals.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with customers to guarantee recurring business.
- To find potential customers and market trends, conduct market research.
- Work together to develop persuasive sales collateral with the marketing team.
- Pay customers a visit and maintain precise documentation.
- Describe the qualities and advantages of the product.

- Create leads and close agreements.
- Show potential customers product demos and proposals.
- Quickly finalise sales agreements and negotiate contracts.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to guarantee client retention and satisfaction.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
