Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Make cold calls to potential customers, make persuasive sales presentations, and provide them details about your goods and services to pique their interest.
- Recognize client needs and successfully customize product or service offers to satisfy them; use a script to guide and counsel prospective clients in order to assist them make well-informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and preserve trusting connections with clients by attentively hearing their issues and responding to any queries or reservations they may have.
- Close sales agreements by proactively interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and persuading them to make commitments
- Precisely document and maintain customer data, sales activities, and sales funnel within the LeadSquared CRM system.
- Continue to have a thorough awareness of the services offered by the business, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, in order to communicate effectively.
Candidates Requirement :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
