Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Handling Existing and Walking Clients of the banking partner
- Develop and build a Strong Relationship with our Assign Banking Partner
- Provide Pre and Post Sales Support
- Securing business through Potential Customers
- Regularly Visit your Client's Branches for sourcing a business
- Advisers/Agents are appointed to generate business by selling health products.
- Recruit, and train agents, and generate business through them in the assigned region.
- Responsible for licensing & tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations
