As a Unit Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy and execution in the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share in the assigned region.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements :

- 1 to 4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing within the BFSI domain.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
