Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

As a Unit Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy and execution in the retail segment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

Requirements :
- 1 to 4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing within the BFSI domain.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
