Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and guide a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a strong sales force.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve agent performance and product knowledge.
- Track agent performance and provide ongoing support to ensure sales goals are met.
- Build relationships with clients and agents to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirement :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and Field sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Ability to recruit and train new agents.
- Must be local candidate.
