We're looking for a Unit Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales agents in the Insurance sector. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets, recruiting and training agents, and driving team performance in your assigned unit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop new and existing agents.
- Implement sales strategies and monitor team performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements :
