Unit Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Identifying, Recruiting, and managing advisors from the relevant location
- Responsible for the management and recruitment of Agents.
- Motivate and train advisers so they can explain the market and products better.
- Evaluate the performance of the agents and assist them in generating the most sales.
- Meet with customers frequently to maintain standards
- Sales strategy
- Increase market research and penetration through market segmentation, find new clients, and boost sales.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 to 5 years sales & marketing experience preferred
- Must be graduated
- Previous field sales experience is a plus
