Unit Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountability:
- Create and put into action efficient sales tactics to meet sales goals within the designated territory.
- Participating in the formulation of the company's yearly purpose and goals
- Establish and uphold solid connections with both current and prospective clients.
- To increase market share, source leads and discover new business prospects.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Educate and teach clients on products to improve their comprehension and sense of value.
- Create and preserve enduring bonds with customers by learning about their financial requirements and offering customized solutions.
- To spot possible hazards and opportunities, keep an eye on rival activity and market trends.
- Make sales predictions and reports and deliver them to the management team.
- Attend trade exhibits, business conferences, and other pertinent gatherings to expand your network.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
