Unit Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Required Skills :
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
