Unit Sales Manager - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Responsibility & Role:
- Building a strong sales pipeline requires finding and qualifying leads via networking, research, and cold calling.
- In order to comprehend the needs and difficulties faced by target industry stakeholders, cultivate and develop connections with key decision-makers.
- Highlight the value proposition and advantages when introducing and demonstrating our products and services to prospective customers.
- Work together to develop recommendations and solutions that are customized to meet the needs of the client with the pre-sales technical team.
- To complete sales transactions and meet revenue goals, negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and prices with clients.
- Handle all actions pertaining to sales, including establishing and scrupulously observing sales goals and guaranteeing precise product delivery across all sales channels;
- Make certain that the company's funds are collected from the market on schedule. Create a strategy to reduce the amount of expired merchandise.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
