Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- The Life Insurance Agency Channel Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the life insurance business within an agency channel. They are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents and agencies to promote and sell life insurance products. The specialist works closely with agents to provide training, support, and guidance, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell life insurance policies. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of life insurance products and the insurance industry as a whole.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and identify potential customers who may benefit from life insurance products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the different life insurance policies offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and address any concerns or issues.
- Achieve sales targets and meet specified key performance indicators (KPIs) by actively pursuing sales opportunities and employing effective sales techniques.
- Assess the insurance needs of customers and recommend appropriate policies based on their requirements and financial situation.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and provide guidance on necessary documentation for policy underwriting
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
