Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring Agency Development Manager, Candidates will recruit and build a team of Agent Advisors and candidates need to recruit one Agent per month, train them and motivate them to do business of selling Life Insurance.
Agency Manager Responsibilities :
- Develops managers to recruit sales force with the capability to access its desired target market.
- Drives quality managers by implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competence.
- Coordinates with Agency Training and Development unit for developmental programs.
- Implements and promotes sales drives and campaigns in coordination with Agency Development.
- Develops and maintains high morale among agency distributors.
Agency Manager Requirements:
- Any graduate.
- Minimum of 1.5 to 3 years' experience in Sales or Marketing or field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal- oriented and flexible.
- Meet Business Targets.
- CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives + benefits
