Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

- We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to join our BFSI team in the Agency channel. As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and maintain exceptional customer service within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Recruitment : Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential agents and agencies to expand the agency network.
Training and Development : Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve unit targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with agents, agencies, and clients to enhance business retention and referrals.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Compliance : Ensure agents adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the BFSI sector.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI.
- Result-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve targets.
