Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
Important obligations :
- Build a strong advisor base by locating and hiring qualified advisors.
- Provide ongoing instruction on products, business procedures, and selling methods.
- Aid advisors in generating leads, prospecting, and business development. Ensure that advisors give customers the appropriate financial solutions based on need analysis and that they follow necessary business procedures and standards.
- Obtain the business goals each month for bringing in new clients and hiring advisors.
- Constantly check to see if the selling through team of advisors is in line with all business quality metrics.
- Serve as the client's initial point of contact to verify and validate any concerns with the appropriate authorities.
- To prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, exercise due diligence at the outset.
- Conversions Recruiting, vetting, interviewing, and hiring new employee responsible for preparing financial statements and analysis for the branch.
- Candidates who are able to travel and work in various locations will be given preference.
The bare minimum :
- Fresh graduates or applicants with 1 to 4 years of experience
- Any industry-related experience in customer-facing roles; prior experience in the Sales sector is not required
