Unit Sales Manager (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Carry out market research to determine potential sales and assess client demands.
- Oversee the hiring, coaching, and growth of a top-notch group of individuals committed to finding and completing business.
- Continually pursue new sales prospects via networking, cold calling, and channel sales.
- Arrange meetings with prospective customers, pay attention to their needs and worries, and supply the necessary merchandise from the list of retailers on hand.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and carry out quarterly and monthly business plans that are specific to the peculiarities of each city market.
- Work together with the Agartala sales team to produce greater outcomes.
- Additionally, get input from clients or potential clients and share it with internal departments.
- Creating leads, meeting clients, and assisting them with onboarding.
- The onboarding of clients' activation.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
