Unit Sales Manager (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Review sales data on a regular basis and prepare reports for senior managers.
- "Seize the sale" by employing a variety of client-facing sales techniques (B2B, cold calling, lectures, etc.)
- Project sales, create "out of the box" sales models and techniques, and assess their Efficiency
- Assess clients' abilities and requirements and create fruitful, enduring connections
- Achieve individual and group sales goals.
- Conduct account research and produce or pursue sales leads.
- Stay up to date on the most recent advancements by attending meetings, sales events, and trainings.
- Use financial statistics data to report to management and provide feedback.
- Uphold and grow your clientele within the boundaries of your designated area.
- Examine regional market patterns and identify fresh chances for expansion
- Identify possible issues and offer quick fixes.
- Make recommendations for fresh goods and services as well as creative marketing strategies to boost client
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
