Unit Sales Executive/Manager/Assistance - BFSI/Telecom/Pharma (2-5 yrs)

Principal Duties :

- Team Leadership: Assemble, educate, and cultivate a top-performing sales force. To help them reach their full potential, give them continual coaching, mentorship, and assistance.

- Sales Strategy: Create and carry out thorough sales programs to meet organizational goals. Determine new market niches and adjust sales strategies appropriately.

- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate group performance in relation to important measures. To get results, give consistent praise and comments.

- Market analysis: Keep abreast of developments in the market, rivalry, and regulations.

Required Candidate profile :

- Experience: 2+ Years in Sales and Marketing in Any field Sales, B2B, BFSI, Telecom or Pharma, or related

- Education: Graduation Complete

- Age:21 To 38 Years

- Local candidate Preferred

- Excellent Communication. Negotiation & Presentation Skills
