Key Responsibilities :
- Plan/Control/Monitor team of Financial Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets.
- Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.

- Monitoring leads received from LMS and generate fresh leads by conducting local activity
- Ensure unit is profitable and meeting month over month persistency target
