Unit Head - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Unit Head - Speciality Sales, Hyderabad
a. To achieve the Sales targets by ensuring efficient conversion of leads from various customer and product segments into retail sales and simultaneously drive pre decided product mix.
b. Will be responsible for driving retail sales from lead sources.
c. Manage the assigned location for the Speciality Sales Channel
d. Be responsible for driving sales in the assigned location
e. Driving sales parameters like Met Ratio, Closure rate and ATS in the sales team
f. Driving the frontline team for achieving the STAR targets
g. Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process.
h. Will be required to do joint sales calls along with Frontline Sales team
i. Also will be responsible for driving FLS for incentives, other sales enablers that are launched from time to time.
j. Will be responsible to work on the models agreed with Emerging alliances team
k. Other People Management jobs
l. Appropriate team management with low attrition.
m. Continuous orientation and training of FLS
n. Effective use of on the job training for Sales force through joint calls etc.
