Unit Head/Head - APAC Sales/IT Sales/Tech Solutions Services (8-15 yrs)
Solid experience handling different customers from the APAC region - Industrial Sectors.
- We are looking for Sales head who has hands on experience and ability to Identify, generates, and converts fresh business possibilities with new prospects in the media, broadcast, /communications / automotive; /health care; and the life sciences verticals.
- Design systems and an action plan to sustain and grow the territory's quarterly and annual revenue for the portfolio of products and services.
- Focus on creating large business solutions (> 10+ M) that generate long-term business value for customers, acting as an advisor to the customer, recommend industry trends, and best practices.
- Builds strategic relationships with the senior executives at customers' and potential clients' organizations in order to ensure long-term business opportunities for the company.
- Develops and Communicate Vision and Purpose to Large Groups of Important Decision Makers at the Executive Level.
- Manage client expectations and strike a balance between the needs of the client and the company to ensure both parties are satisfied.
- Create winning proposal strategies and themes.
Ideal Skills :
- Have strong client relationships at mid- to executive-level positions.
- In-depth knowledge of the business domain, consumer behavior, customer dynamics, and market environment.
- Having sold medium-sized to sizable multiyear integrated projects.
- Be familiar with handling full sales processes, from lead generation through contracting
- Working knowledge of at least 1 CRM tool (Salesforce or another).
