Unit Head - Digital Ad Agency (7-10 yrs)
- Extremely passionate about having participative discussions with the teams involved on projects, and leading the process of idea-generation revolving around the clients brand, markets, competitors.
- In-charge of multiple clients. Take onus of maintaining high-levels of client satisfaction by ensuring that all client projects are delivered within the given framework of quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Apt in coordinating with team to get regular details/updates and contribute in deciding the critical paths, fast-tracking, to ensure quality work is delivered in expected time and allocated budgets.
Need to be
- 10+ years in the industry with at least 6 - 7 years of supervisory experience in client servicing departments of Digital Ad/Performance/Social Marketing agencies
- Masters in Mass Communication/Marketing OR PGDM/ Exe-PGDM, FPM ( Communication).
- Effective project management skills and the ability to work under short deadlines, a client-focused, can-do attitude, good written and verbal communication, and an analytical bent of mind with an ability to derive insights from research.
- Observer of human behavior in everyday life situations and an avid reader of business material with an aim to always stay current with business and marketing challenges.
- Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
