We require someone to manage the online listing of all our vacation homes on multiple Online Travel Agents (OTA) and other specialized/select online platforms including our website www.vareamily.com.

This includes :

- Building pricing parity across all channels within the framework of each channel. Understanding various tax and commission structures is key for building this parity.

- Monitor and adjust pricing to introduce and remove promotions as and when required to target a desired occupancy, across all channels.

- Calendar synchronization and management using a channel manager and other tools to avoid any conflict of booking dates and ensure that all channels are being updated as close to real time.

- Content development and management including text and pictures. All content must be managed to ensure uniqueness across all channels for optimizing search results. All content on all channels should always be current without any misrepresentation.

Other than primarily managing all OTA listings, the role would require the Individual to give a holistic approach and management of all online efforts including social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing.

The overall objective is to develop a system that continuously generates and sustains good quality of potential guest queries for all our vacation homes across all select online channels.

Candidate Background

- 5 plus years- experience as part of the content team with an online travel agent (OTA) with a good understanding of how to manage and list vacation homes on OTA's and other online platforms, especially related to overall ranking and representation.

- Good command over the written English language to develop adequate content for each vacation home.

- Hands on knowledge of Photoshop, adobe, and other online content development tools for text and pictures.

- Ability to think independently and creatively.
