Sales Executive Job Description & Responsibilities :

- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

- Market research and analyzing sales options.

- Sale of woven labels and other woven trims, printed fabric labels and heat transfers by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, product development in coordination with the factory.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing service, information, and guidance; complaint handing

- Identify product improvements or new products by based on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Reporting of daily sales & collection figures, daily sales calls, daily developments.

- Ensuring collection of payments in a timely manner through regular communication with customers.

- Participation in marketing activities like expos, association workshops, etc.

- Contribution to induction & training of new staff.

- Ensure sales & collection targets are well planned in advance, and proper implementation of plans to ensure achievement of targets.

Sales Executive Qualifications/Skills :

- Strong communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi & local language

- High level of maintaining client relationships and going out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction

- High energy levels to ensure daily field visits & strong customer impressions

- Supreme negotiation skills to ensure best value for the company

- Sales Planning

- Creativity and knowledge of garment trims to ensure customer can be offered new designs/concepts

- Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to earn much higher than the market industry average salaries through our aggressive & growth oriented incentive schemes. Travel allowances will be provided.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred

- At least 2 years of industry sales experience in woven labels, printed labels or other garment trims and accessories

- Strategic leadership ability
