Unipath Specialty Laboratory - Regional Business Manager (5-10 yrs)
- Preparing strategic sales plans for the region.
- Implementation of Business development Strategy at the regional level.
- Identify new markets, competitor's activity & gap in the services of the competitors.
- Focus on key customer development, Doctor Conversion & retention.
- To coordinate with the Key accounts, credit control team & other relevant department for outstanding payment.
- Focus on Customer Relation activity like CMEs, RTM, Scientific Symposium Participation & other KOLs engagement activity.
- Guide the regional sales team in day to today sales operational issue and develop scientific knowledge.
- Interaction & liaising with HODs/ Technical team as a cross functional areas for Business development.
- Responsible for maintaining the market share in the respective geographies
- Monitor, analyze & evaluate market trends & Month on month Sales progress.
- Build business case & ensure approval for specific identified market opportunities.
- To comply with the organization norms, processes & systems.
