Regional Manager - Chennai & Delhi
- Responsible for distribution/ channel sales and key account management for Cygnett (www.cygnett.com) - a premium brand of digital mobile accessories.
- Drive sales by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Maximising growth potential and drive sales in the assigned Region.
- Develops and implements aggressive sales plans for a particular region.
- Ensure optimum inventory at all the stores.
- Achieve store wise sell out target.
- Daily reporting of store wise stock and sale.
- Ongoing store visit and engagement with store manager and floor manager to ensure higher counter share.
- Liaison with Cluster manager/operations manager of respective chain to ensure adequate availability/movement of stocks across respective stores.
- Liaison with company warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely movement of stocks.
- Liaison with chain/ distributor warehouse to ensure timely acceptance and movement of stock to respective stores.
- Track store wise chain/ distributor wise sell out and any other initiatives done by competing brands.
- Appointing local distributors/ retailers.
- Ensure healthy ROI for distributors/ chains.
- Willing to travel within the region.
