Job Title : Business Development Trainee
Location : Remote (Gurgaon)
Stipend : 7,000 per month + PPO after the completion of the 2-month probation period
Probation Period : 2 Months

Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales and business development within the edtech industry. As a BDT, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall growth of Unified Mentor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking.
- Client Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Sales Pitch : Present and promote Unified Mentor's courses and services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
- Reporting : Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and feedback to the management team.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Recent graduates with a keen interest in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of the edtech industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
