The incumbent will be responsible for Business Development for South Region, majorly worked on EMS business.
To qualify for this position, you should :
- Be a Technical Degree in Engineering
- Have 3 to 8+ Years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Excellent understanding of Product Marketing /Sales Process in EMS, commercial & Automotive
- Experience in Business Development activities in the semiconductor industry
- Sound Knowledge of Semiconductor Market
- Good Communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, accessible, and responsive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical and Functional Skill Sets :
- Experience in Business Development activities in the semiconductor industry
- Sound Knowledge of Semiconductor Market
- Excellent understanding of Product Marketing /Sales Process in EMS, commercial & Automotive
- Good Communication skills

Major Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Identify potential new markets for Unified product lines and gain new market
- Should be used to develop various marketing strategies based on market trends.
- Solid experience in sales and marketing, Pre-Sale technical discussions with clients to gain an understanding of the requirements and ensure effective conversion
- Position and communicate product value to the customers covering technical & operational managers & users
- Ensure constant interaction with principals on the technology and marketing front.
- Good understanding of sales processes like negotiating, tendering and contracting terms with Clients
- Should be used to adapt various marketing strategies like trade shows and technical conferences.
- Build effective client relationships with the assigned list of customers.
- Interface between the organization's technical application/sales team and with the customer
- Meeting revenue targets, reporting MIS and client reports
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Managing the business cycle for all the principals
- Understand the vertical market application and latest technology development for all products
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager for devising strategies & Implement
