- What You will Be Doing
Community Marketing Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with influencers and key voices in the community, while maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Liaise with media owners for proposals
- Conduct regular reviews on market trends and study competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Provides feedback and suggestions, and updates on the market and socio-economic trends shaping the world of web3 and Defi
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and user feedback
- Community Management Responsibilities
- Structure, manage and grow client's global community via Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discourse, Reddit, and similar channels.
- Launch, manage and grow our local online and offline communities, forums, and channels.
- Identify additional avenues to build and grow the community.
- Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks.
- Build relationships with external communities, organize community campaigns such as airdrops and AMA, and track their results on new user growth and user activation.
- Publish strategic opinions to drive awareness of opportunities and alignment with multiple stakeholders
- Interact and engage the community to increase positive engagement and build relationships, digitally and in-person (when possible)
- Community Training Responsibilities
- Create user-related content such as tutorials, and FAQ lists, and engage with the community in order to localize content.
- Resolve community questions and comments.
- Support educational initiatives in their local communities, forums, and channels.
- Create, localize, and translate content to simplify the entry of new users to the decentralized economy.
- Use social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote client initiatives.
- Be active on Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discourse, Reddit, and similar channels and forums in order to engage with users via their preferred.
Other Responsibilities :
- Travel occasionally to crypto/blockchain conferences in order to network with key influencers and educate users about the Decentralized economy.
- Community Executive Program management, including conducting program-wide reviews, hiring, team building, and more
- Grow and manage our client's Community Executive Program, and coordinate with them to moderate the global and regional social media, forums, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
- Stay informed of local and international crypto trends and news.
- Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups.
- Any other suggestions that you think will help our client grow
- What We Look for in You
Must-Have :
- 5+ years of professional experience in community management, and/or other relevant experience
- 1+ years of marketing experience with blockchain/Web3 projects
- Led marketing campaigns for a product-based startup/technology company
- Proven track record in creating, growing, managing, and engaging communities via Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discourse, Reddit, or similar channels
- Passionate about helping the community and finding it fulfilling to help millions of them to be a part of a Decentralized Economy.
- Managed social media channels and campaigns
- Good understanding of Crypto, Web3, and community behavior
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong organization and planning with an ability to meet deadlines
- Be adaptive to flexible working hours and be able to both work independently and collaborate with remote global marketing team members.
- Be passionate about social media and word of mouth marketing
- Fluent in English
- Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a multinational or US-headquartered business will be a plus.
- Experiences in digital marketing will be a plus
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- University degree relating to Marketing is a plus
- International background and ability to speak other languages is a definite plus
