Job Opening: Business Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls, follow up with clients, and process orders efficiently.

2. Collaborate with the accounts team for invoicing and maintaining accurate customer records.

3. Generate and present timely product details, ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Gather feedback and maintain regular communication with clients for repeat orders.

5. Navigate challenging situations with a firm decision-making approach.

6. Provide exceptional service by understanding and addressing customer needs.

7. Identify and target potential B2B clients in the agricultural sector.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

9. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

10.Present and demonstrate Unicrop Biochem's products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in any field related to agriculture, sales, marketing, or other relevant disciplines.

2. Basic knowledge of computers.

3. Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

5. Strong decision-making skills.

6. Adaptability to handle tough situations.

7. Good communication skills and practical knowledge about convening power.
