Unicommerce - Senior Associate/Expert - Customer Success (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
- Develop deep Knowledge of product offerings
- Develop deep understanding of E-commerce operations
- Develop knowledge of competition offerings

- Craft strategies to better nurture our customers
Key Responsibilities & Duties :
- Handling Customer Escalations :
- Analyze and determine what behaviours and patterns make customers successful
- Find and implement new opportunities to support, and ultimately retain our customers
- Identify the reason for dis-satisfaction and solve the purpose
- Negotiate with the customers
- Ensure contribution in revenue generation & Minimize churn rate
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
Requirements :
- Candidate should have minimum 1-2 years of customer service/Customer Success/Retention experience
- Have a clear, professional and informative communication style
- Ecommerce or SaaS industry experience would be added advantage.
Education :
- Candidate should have graduation in any stream preferable Tech background
