Unibook - Executive - Telesales (2-3 yrs)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior sales experience of 2+ years in the Ecommerce/FMCG/Apparel industry will be preferred.
- Know how to prepare customer proposals and pitch to clients.
- Proven experience as a Tele sales executive or relevant role.
- Only local or people or who have worked in given geography should apply.
- Good written, oral communication skills.
- Responsible for lead generation & acquisition of merchants like retailers, traders, wholesalers, manufacturers from various segments.
- Handle prospect calls and closures.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs.
- Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follows-up to maximize conversions.
- Responsible for bringing a consistent flow of new merchants for the company, in accordance with the sales and marketing plan.
