- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics or business development in FMCG or Apparel and Textile industry.
- Demonstrated record (3+ years) of leading team, hiring and nurturing talent.
- Exposure to B2B ecommerce.
- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem solving approach.
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mind-set.
- Strong planning & execution acumen needed.
- To build the seller network in designated geography to expand reach of our commerce platform.
- Channel development & Management: Build cost effective channels and manage them to acquire merchants.
- To build a strong team of 10-12 sales executives.
- Merchant business growth: Increase merchant engagement on platform to improve their efficiency & savings.
- To work with data to drive cluster performance.
- Develop & optimize processes.
- Work closely with merchants to provide feedback to product team for constant product improvement.
