Unibic Foods - National Key Account Manager - Sales (2-10 yrs)
- The eCommerce NKAM is responsible for managing the online business (annual GSV and Strategic targets within an assigned budget) and driving the growth of the identified accounts, in line with the agreed Business Strategy.
1. Working cross functionally, running the day to day across customer Marketing, offline sales counterparts, customer service and supply chain whilst liaising with the KAM (online & offline sales) to align on core account strategies. The role is responsible for building successful relationships with ecommerce key accounts.
- Fully responsible for the implementation of eCommerce activities in the overall customer plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed sales & marketing programs presentation on retailer sites, coordination of digital marketing campaigns and best in class product presentation with eCommerce Trade content & eMerchandising managers.
- Manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings.
- Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account(financial metrics/targets, invoice issues and payments, budget, case fill) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan
- Be the key customer contact representing firm in day-to-day inquiries as well as in key account negotiations.
2. Working on ancilliary channels for Strategic relationships with all channel partners.
3. Working closely with all KAM's and KAE for setting up New Product Category.
