Uni-Com - Area Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)

1. Communicating with team members to identify any barriers to sales success and work to eliminate those barriers.
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
3. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
5. Managing and overseeing the daily performance of the sales team, ensuring the team meets its sales objectives.
