Overview of the function :

-The Inside Sales Team drives the communication of the features and unique proposition of the Credit Products to the customers. The function represents the brand to provide an excellent Pre-Onboarding Experience.

What you will do :

- Defining Scope of training and preparation for training delivery - training need,agenda, Projects / test data, customize training materials / program, sample data preparation etc

- Train new batches to clear certification & guide under-performers towards the desired goals

- Deliver training and provide training summary to internal stakeholders

- Maintain training master schedule and make necessary arrangements related to the process.

- Collate first hand feedback directly from new users and communicate to Product.

- Evaluate training materials for content sufficiency and propose updates as necessary to achieve maximum efficacy

What you will need :

- Graduate and above from a UGC recognized university

- Minimum 3years to 5 years of experience in Sales Training

- Excellent communication in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of any regional language is a plus

- Willing to work from the office in Bellandur, Bangalore

- Comfortable with 6 Working Days

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels

- Persuasive and excellent communication skills verbal and written, including excellent presentation
