UNFYD - Presales Consulting Role (5-9 yrs)
1) Ability to communicate and present well
2) Ability to think from the business use case perspective to drive the solutioning for the customers / prospects.
3) Document the requirements and map the solution
4) Liaise with the product team, Sales team to drive the opportunity
5) Follow up with the customer contacts to nurture the opportunity to conversion
6) Technical and functional know-how of the solution and the product - SaaS
7) Product collateral documentation & tweaking as per the tailored solution needs
8) Articulate the problem, solution, benefits & ROI - to lure the customer
9) Ability to respond to RFIs, RFPs, etc.
10) Understand and build value based solution proposals & commercials
