Job Purpose :


What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company ? 

- Use of various sales methods ( cold calling, presentations, client meetings direct selling etc) to acquire learner.

- Developing strategies for learner acquisition gathering customer insights and Generating leads for sales

- Building strong relationship with key accounts

- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of product and sales.

- Analyzing market trends and competitors activity and formulating strategies to respond to these.

- Preferred industry ed tech, telecom, fintech and insurance. 


Skills, Knowledge & Competencies :


- Excellent communication

- Good presentation skill

- Sale strategy

- Closing technique Qualification and Experience : Any Graduate/ post graduates with minimum 3+ field sales experience. Cold Calling Experience, Lead Generation, Field Sales, Direct Sales. Competencies:

- Time Management

- Prioritization of task

- Negotiation Skill

- Convincing Skill
