Introduction : As an Admission Counsellor at UNext, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition goals and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities : As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for the following :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Achieve student admission targets.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and pitch suitable programs.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Counselling and interacting with students and parents.
- Support students one-on-one in selecting courses, assisting with the application process, and meeting application deadlines.
- Assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation for the application process.
- Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements, processes, and enrollment procedures.
- Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
External Skills And Expertise :
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Ability to empathize with students and parents, building relationships through conversations.
- Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.
- Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Any Graduation Degree is a must
