UNext - City Lead/Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
JD for City Leads / Manager - Sales :
1. Appointing new partners/Digital aggregators in the territory from existing entities working in distance education, upskilling, Test prep institutes (CAT / MAT/ SSC), Associated institutes like fashion design / Air Hostess etc.
2. Appointing key partners like Ed tech players with bigger team sizes like 20 to 100 and more
3. Working closely with the partners in strategizing lead generation activities (offline & online), nurturing, target setting and achievement.
4. Working closely with partner counsellors in association with UNext coordinator in day to day conversion, Target achievement, issue resolution
5. Overseeing partners month on month invoicing and pay outs
6. Needs to be target oriented on daily, weekly, monthly and batch basis
7. Also focus on micro penetration by on boarding mass market last mile connects like tuition centers, PG owners etc.
8. Identifying Upskilling needs for Corporates, reaching out to the right connect directly or through Digital Aggregator's reference and generating B2B business.
