UnDosTres - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Objectives & Responsibilities :
- Acquire and onboard affiliate partners, and negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners.
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners re-engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Report and analyse data of partner's performance & customer cohorts through various analytics platforms.
- Own business KPIs on new customer acquisition, GMV and ROAS.
- Conducting performance review & cost-benefit analysis for all partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills for Success :
- 2-3 years' experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Experience in fast growing transactional products app or website (ecommerce)
- Hands on experience with programmatic platforms
- Experience of working with MMPs for setup and data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Need to be self-motivated and proactive.
