Team Lead - Inside Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Cold call potential learners and acquire them to be active on our platform.
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Handling designated team & Meeting monthly team sales target.
- Monitoring team member core activities to achieve team target. Schedule sales activity- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for team members & management
- Create an inspiring team environment- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Requirements :
- Prior B2C sales experience of atleast 5 years.
- Team handling experience of atleast 3 years.
- Managed a team of 10+ sales team members.
- Experience in managing revenue targets, sales effectiveness, team mentoring, employee retention, motivation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
