Unacademy - Team Lead - Inside Sales (2-4 yrs)
I'm looking for team-inside sales. Currently working with Unacademy, for past 2 years.
- Handling a Sales team of 10 to12 Sales Representatives. Setting monthly sales targets & ensuring it's achievement.
- Build and train members of the Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
- Ensure the Sales Team onboarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date on our current product offering.
- Implementing sales strategies across categories.
- Maintaining long lasting impactful customer relationships.
- Managing Team reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver.
