Unacademy - Sales Development Role (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring for SDR role (B2B International sales)
Looking high-energy, driven professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join, and help grow our International business unit.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying prospective leads through creative research methods
- Prospecting large value prospects that are a good fit for our International's business unit.
- Utilizing cold calling to qualify leads and set up meetings for demos with our business team.
- Creating a great first impression to our prospects by inspiring them to learn how our platform is best product solution for their needs.
- Learning and maintaining a firm understanding of our sales process
- Excelling in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads.
- Attaining and consistently exceeding your monthly quotas of outbound campaigns.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting role is mandatory.
- A resilient and persuasive personality
- Experience in SAAS products is an advantage
- Prior experience of working with creators, freelancers, and influencers is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
- A great attitude and love for teamwork
