Unacademy - Relationship Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educators.
- Handle escalations, query resolutions, and grievance management of educators.
- Be educators' point of contact in case of any account management issues.
- Coordinate with multiple teams for escalations management.
- Assist educators in conducting live classes.
Requirements :
- Good communication skills
- Must know English and Hindi
- Ready to work for 6 days, (6th day will be work from home)
