Unacademy - Relationship Management Role - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with educators.
- Handle escalations, query resolutions and grievance management of educators.
- Be an educator's point of contact in case of any account management issues.
- Coordinate with multiple teams for escalations management.
Requirements :
- Good communication skills
- Must know English and Hindi
- Ready to work for 6 days, (6th day will be work from home)
