Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle a team of 10-15 members of Virtual sales.
- Setting individual sales targets to team and monitoring team members- core activities to achieve team target.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and monitor team performance and report on metrics in weekly and monthly basis.
- Meeting planned sales goals. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Working on lead generating tools and CRM's.
- Focus on ongoing training of your team. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products to the customers whenever needed
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
Preferred Qualification:
- 5+ years of total experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales/ Educational Sales
- 2+ years in team handling
- Ability to create positive and inspiring team environment.
- Good negotiation and motivating skills
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing)
